I’m a researcher, educator, and evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience in K–12 and higher education, corporate learning, and program evaluation. My career has included roles as a classroom teacher, non-profit director, corporate training manager, and learning evaluation advisor, giving me a unique, cross-sector perspective on research, scholarship, and professional writing.
I earned my Ph.D. in Learning Design and Technology while working full time, which taught me firsthand the discipline and resilience required to produce high-quality academic work under pressure. That experience informs my deep appreciation for the writing challenges faced by graduate students, early-career researchers, and seasoned academics alike.

To date, my scholarship includes five peer reviewed journal articles, a book chapter, and a three-article dissertation featuring quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods studies, giving me a broad foundation in research design and analysis.
