I am a researcher, learning professional, and evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience in K-12 and higher education, corporate training, and program evaluation. My background spans roles as a teacher, non-profit director, corporate training manager, and learning evaluation advisor, giving me a broad perspective on research and professional and scholarly writing.
Earning my Ph.D. while working full-time required discipline, perseverance, and countless late nights and weekends refining my own research and writing. I understand the complexities of academic writing—clearly defining a research problem, establishing a strong rationale, conducting a thorough literature review, structuring a sound methodology, accurately reporting results, and crafting a compelling discussion.
